  • Lead digital brand activation across Europe , overseeing paid social, programmatic, online video and emerging channels, ensuring activity is strategically aligned and delivered to a consistently high standard across markets.
  • Set the vision and standards for best-in-class activation , developing frameworks, playbooks and governance that translate central communications strategy into effective and locally relevant execution.

  • Provide leadership across the brand activation function , prioritising resources and overseeing programme delivery to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and consistently across multiple markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior specialists , building capability through coaching, training and development while fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration and craft excellence.
  • Bring a strong commercial perspective , balancing client ambition, investment opportunities and operational requirements to identify solutions that improve both the work and the wider partnership.

We’re looking for an experienced Biddable Brand Lead to join our European Digital Activation Hub, working with a well-known sportswear brand operating at the intersection of sport, culture and creativity.

You’ll work across multiple markets, alongside talented specialists in media, data, technology and activation, helping to deliver connected and innovative marketing at scale.
