Market Development & Business Growth

• Drive market development initiatives to improve penetration, market share, and business performance.
• Execute market activation programs to generate inquiries and improve conversions.
• Identify regional growth opportunities and implement targeted business interventions.

Dealer Engagement & Channel Effectiveness

• Manage dealerships to achieve targets for volume, market share, retail, deliveries, collections, and parts sales.
• Build strong dealer relationships and drive channel engagement.
• Ensure adoption of standard sales and customer engagement processes.
• Support dealer/sub-dealer expansion for enhanced market coverage.
• Monitor dealer performance and recommend improvement actions.

Customer Engagement & Field Visibility

• Enhance customer engagement through field activities and market interactions.
• Implement localized customer connect programs to improve visibility.
• Collect customer insights and market intelligence for business decisions.
• Ensure effective execution of market development plans.

Sales Process Excellence

• Drive inquiry generation and management through CDMS.
• Implement company sales strategies at dealership level.
• Support dealer capability building in sales processes, product knowledge, and new product launches.
• Monitor business performance and ensure target achievement.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

• Track competitor activities, campaigns, and market trends.
• Gather feedback on competitor and company products from dealers and customers.
• Share insights to strengthen market development strategies.

Financial & Retail Development

• Review dealer financial health and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to improve retail financing.
• Support initiatives that increase retail penetration and financing accessibility.

Experience

5 to 9 years of relevant experience in Sales
