About the Role

The Billing Specialist is an integral part of Latham’s Global Finance team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing billing duties with varying levels of complexity, while preparing invoices for finalization in line with internal and external regulations and legislation, including Value‑Added Tax (VAT), Solicitors’ Accounts Rules under the Criminal Finances Act, and applicable money laundering regulations. This role will be located in our Orange County, CA office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

USD $65,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
