Billing Specialist - Batesburg

We are seeking a highly organized Billing Specialist to join our accounting team. This team member will be responsible for generating and distributing invoices based on services rendered while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data. 
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing.
• Upload invoices into customer portals.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as service and delivery, to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be reliable and deadline driven
• Proficiency with Excel
