What you'll do
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various biomedical instruments and systems.
- Ensure optimal performance and integration of new medical technologies.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot OCT and fundus cameras.
- Regular calibration and accuracy checks of diagnostic equipment.
- Diagnose faults and resolve equipment breakdowns efficiently.
- Liaise with vendors or service providers for repairs/replacements as needed.
- Plan and implement routine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Keep accurate records of service reports, maintenance logs, and calibration data.
- Ensure compliance with biomedical safety standards and hospital protocols.
