BMS Engineer – Architect

What you'll do
- Design, configure, and deploy building control architectures, including BMS, LoRaWAN networks, sensors, and gateways.
- Perform comprehensive site surveys to document existing HVAC, electrical, water, gas, and building automation systems.
- Lead the commissioning and functional testing of water, gas, and electrical metering systems for real-time analytics and fault detection.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including network diagrams, control sequences, point lists, and as-built drawings.
- Research and validate new field devices, including IoT hardware, submeters, and controllers.
- Interface with clients, contractors, and utilities to provide project coordination and technical expertise.
- Lead and train junior technicians on building controls and monitoring technologies.
