What you'll do
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and other appropriate behavioral assessments.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior treatment plans.
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services consistent with client needs and treatment goals.
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
- Modify treatment interventions based on clinical data and demonstrated outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to assigned behavioral health staff, as applicable.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Provide caregiver training and support to promote treatment consistency across environments.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and within established timeframes.
- Maintain compliance with applicable professional, ethical, licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain productivity and billable-hour expectations while prioritizing quality and ethical service delivery.

Overview
Join a multidisciplinary organization serving children and families across behavioral health, education, and community-based services. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Outpatient Behavioral Treatment team. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a BCBA who wants to deliver high-quality behavioral services while enjoying a flexible hybrid work schedule, opportunities for additional compensation, and meaningful professional growth Enjoy working 2 days in the clinic and 3 days providing services through telehealth.
Salary: Starting at $90,000+ based on experience, with opportunities for additional compensation.
Work Schedule: 2 Days in clinic and 3 days Telehealth- Monday - Friday; 10am - 6pm
