ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent position on a dayshift / nightshift roster, at our Boddington Bauxite Mine reporting to the Supervisor Maintenance.
Please note that accommodation is not provided on site, you will be required to drive in, drive out to site on a daily basis. Employees ideally live within an hour’s drive of Boddington.
As the Operator Senior Mine, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient execution of production activities while supporting and guiding mine operators through day-to-day leadership and mentoring.

ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Mining Operator in an open-cut mining environment
- Proven operating experience on:
Hitachi EX2600 (or equivalent large mining excavators)
CAT 993K Wheel Loaders (or equivalent large mining loaders)
CAT D11 Dozers and/or Komatsu D475-5 Dozers
Large Floats / Heavy Equipment Transport
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate multiple large production mining assets across mining operations.
Qualifications for this position are:
