What you'll do
- Assess, document, and photograph vehicle damage following road incidents
- Perform minor on-site automotive repairs and coordinate major repairs with partner service centers
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections (brakes, tires, fluids, HVAC/AC, diagnostics)
- Execute light-to-moderate automotive body work, including: Panel alignment and panel fitting, Trim and bumper repair or replacement, Mirror and exterior component installation, Cosmetic repairs and touch-ups, Sanding, surface preparation, priming, and minor paint correction, Light welding as needed
- Distinguish cosmetic vs. structural damage and escalate appropriately
- Support vehicle evacuations, towing coordination, and emergency response
- Transport fleet vehicles to service appointments, repair facilities, and car washes
- Maintain shop cleanliness, safety compliance, and fleet readiness standards
- Proactively identify mechanical or body issues before they impact operations
