Lead. Inspire. Deliver.

As a Duty Manager, you’ll support Kmart store leaders across key in-store processes, helping drive efficiency & operational excellence. Supporting management strong presentation standards across the store. Contributing to the successful closing of the store, ensuring all end-of-trade tasks are completed accurately and safely.

What you’ll be doing

✅ Leadership & Motivation – Lead by example through a hands-on approach, working alongside team members to provide support, foster collaboration, and motivate individuals to achieve shared goals and high performance.

✅ Strategic Thinking – Make timely decisions within scope, applying experience and judgement while seeking guidance from Department or Store Managers when needed.

✅ Relationship Building – Keep the team informed and aligned, fostering collaboration, valuing diverse perspectives, and recognising individual contributions.

✅ Operational Excellence – Consistently achieve set goals by maintaining focus, overcoming challenges, and seeing tasks through to completion.

✅ Resilience & Adaptability – Demonstrate accountability by seeking input to ensure tasks are completed to standard, taking ownership of actions, and contributing new ideas.
