- Fluent Russian and Uzbek languages; Knowledge of the English language - B1+.
- Knowledge of the Uzbek focus market logistics infrastructure and the Region of the Branch.

- Knowledge of the norms of labor legislation, incl. knowledge of the peculiarities of the registration of labor migrants.
- Understanding of basic tactical, operational and process management.
- Experience in formation and development of a network of business contacts (Networking).
- Ability to build effective communication with the internal and external environment.
- Knowledge of techniques of presentation and negotiation.
- A Leader with the ability to take responsibility over the team.
