About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to join RHB Bank Berhad (Singapore). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to the Bank's strategic objectives.
What you will be doing
Lead and manage all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives.
Foster a strong customer-centric culture by delivering a consistently high standard of service excellence.
Manage, coach, and mentor branch staff, supporting their professional development and creating a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and operational procedures.
Identify and cultivate new customer relationships while strengthening and expanding existing client portfolios.
Monitor branch performance, analyze business and financial metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
Address customer feedback, complaints, and service issues in a timely and effective manner.
Drive business growth through proactive sales initiatives and effective relationship management.
Safeguard the reputation and integrity of the Bank by maintaining high standards of governance and operational excellence.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail banking with a strong track record in branch management.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities with experience leading high-performing teams.
Sound business acumen with the ability to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
Thorough understanding of banking products, services, and branch operations.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering business and customer outcomes.
