Branch Manager (Freight Forwarding & Operations)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)  Annual branch revenue growth and gross profit margin percentage.  Timely collection of accounts receivable and minimization of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).  Operational accuracy, team productivity, and key client retention rate. Profile Requirements  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Business.  Experience: 5–10+ years in International Freight Forwarding, with at least 3–5 years in a Branch Manager / Operations Lead role.  Domain Knowledge: Strong mastery over JNPT port operations, customs processes (CHA), ocean/air freight pricing, and global agent network management (WCA/FMC).  Leadership & Skills: Exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, contract negotiation skills, and strategic planning abilities.
