Trade Settlement & Confirmations Operations (TSCO) provides operational support to various areas and covers multiple products, mainly MM & FX, Fiduciary Business and Murabaha. Primary functions performed range from trade processing, settlements, confirmations, reconciliations and investigations.

TSCO is a small team, and we are looking for a motivated team member to join and support our team as soon as possible on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

  • Undertake operational and transaction-based tasks for different products for our corporate clients. This includes, but is not limited to the following products: Fiduciary Notes, Cash, MM & FX, Derivatives – for example Trade processing, Confirmation matching, Review and escalation of Breaks, Reconciliations
  • Design and perform controls, reports, KPI’s and KRI’s.
  • Take ownership for back-office tasks/processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely capturing
  • Work with several teams and across the bank

Skills

  • Ideally a bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics or Finance, or a completed and certified apprenticeship (i.e.: IHK Bankkaufmann) and experience in back / middle office, control or project teams
  • First exposure to banking products (i.e. Cash, MM, FX, Derivatives, Loans, etc.) is desired
  • Experienced user in Excel and Word. First experience with one of the following systems may be an advantage:  Avaloq, Kondor+, Kosinus
  • Project management skills will be considered an additional asset
  • Team working skills, proactive problem solving, critical thinking, thriving in change and uncertainty situations. Very good communication skills in English and preferrable German

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
