- Compliance: Ensure all loan disbursals adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Handle all necessary documentation for pre- and post-disbursement activities.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and branch targets for loan disbursal and other financial products.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on disbursal activities, customer interactions, and compliance.
