What you'll do

  • Write, schedule, and post social media and website content that aligns with established monthly messaging themes.
  • Understand complex financial topics and simplify them into clear and concise social media posts or website content for a diverse, global audience.
  • Partner with the creative team and outside vendors to bring high-quality multimedia content to life across social media and website platforms.

  • Author and publish urgent or informative website alerts to keep our membership informed.
  • Support the UNFCU Foundation and United in Sustainability (UIS) teams as needed with writing, deploying, and monitoring day-to-day social media and website content.
  • Support the creative team with general copywriting ticket requests and provide secondary backup for product/growth social media initiatives, as needed.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of UNFCU products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on trends in the financial and creative industry to improve work results, solve problems, and take advantage of new opportunities.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with departments, business lines, agencies, and vendors in support of marketing strategies.

NYC Salary Range - $80,070 - $100,080 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location
