About this role
Location: Bangalore (travel across Karnataka)
Work Type: Full-time | Monday to Saturday
Base: Work from home + regular field visits + regular intercity travel
(All expenses when it comes to travel to be borne by the company as per policies)
What this role is about
We’re looking for someone who understands skin, products, and facial treatments, and can confidently train salon and clinic teams on how to use them correctly.
You will conduct product demos, facial treatment trainings, and refresher sessions for our partners. You’ll also be the on-ground point of contact — answering questions, solving doubts, and ensuring therapists feel confident using AMINU products.
If you enjoy teaching, talking to people, and working hands-on with skin, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Conduct product and facial treatment trainings for salons and clinics
- Demonstrate AMINU facial protocols clearly and correctly
- Train new partners and refresh existing teams across South India
- Represent AMINU during salon visits and meetings
- Work closely with the Training Manager and Account Managers
- Adapt training style based on therapist experience and salon needs
- Share feedback from the field to improve training and products
What we’re looking for
- CIDESCO or equivalent skin qualification (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of skin and skin biology
- Ability to perform and demonstrate facial treatments confidently
- Freshers can apply if fundamentals and practical skills are strong
- 1–2 years of salon, clinic, or training experience is a plus
- Clear communication and comfort interacting with salon teams
- Willingness to travel across South India

Work days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
Compensation: To be discussed
