About the role

As Brand Lead - Private Label, you'll help shape how Bunnings' private label brands connect with customers across Australia and New Zealand. Working across a diverse brand portfolio, you'll lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution while helping maintain strong brand governance across packaging, communications and customer touchpoints.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketer who enjoys combining creative thinking, customer insight and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, based at our National Support Office in Burnley.

What's involved

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for a portfolio of private label brands, from strategy and briefing through to execution and performance review.

  • Use customer insights and commercial priorities to shape brand positioning, campaign messaging and creative direction.

  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and effective marketing across paid, owned and in-store channels.

  • Act as a brand custodian, maintaining brand guidelines, packaging standards and governance across customer touchpoints.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandise, Global Sourcing and Digital to deliver shared business outcomes.

  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and priorities while supporting and developing team capability.

About You

You're a confident and collaborative marketer who loves bringing ideas to life. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You'll be joining a supportive team that values curiosity, teamwork and continuous improvement. You're customer-focused, commercially minded and motivated by the opportunity to build strong brands that make a real impact.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years' experience in brand, campaign or marketing roles, with strong experience delivering integrated campaigns end to end.

  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that balance customer needs with commercial objectives.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams and agency partners.

  • Understanding of brand management, creative development, media planning and content production.

  • Experience managing budgets, project timelines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.

You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
