What you'll do

  • Support the creation and development of the brand marketing plan from strategy to analysis and detailed marketing support informed by data and insights.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of drivers of performance/functional beverage category and brand.
  • Identify opportunities and issues to drive brand growth and profitability.
  • Responsible for monthly brand performance reporting including Nielsen, VIP and Customer / Business Unit (BU) Performance.
  • Collaborate with insights team to leverage research (historical, secondary) and insights (consumer).

  • Partner with athlete and ambassador management teams to support brand initiatives, ensuring activations align with overarching brand strategy and maintain consistency across campaigns.
  • Generate compelling consumer marketing programs, to drive demand at retail.
  • Support the development of campaign and marketing program strategies to ensure brand marketing efforts are targeted, with clear objectives and purpose.
  • Develop and manage project workflows as it pertains to brand marketing Initiatives.
  • Ensure the brand initiatives are woven into digital marketing execution through websites, social media, email marketing, videos and digital ads.
  • Support sponsorship activations by coordinating with internal teams, providing strategic direction, and ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints.

A Day in the Life:

Some brands chase performance. REIGN Total Body Fuel proves it. This is more than a marketing role. The Brand Manager partners with insights, digital, sales, and category teams to shape performance-driven stories and strategies that keep REIGN the first brand the serious training consumer reaches for. You will support the development of brand strategy, creative that speaks to how our consumer trains, athlete and ambassador partnerships, loyalty programs, and grassroots activations that turn credibility into shelf space. From big-picture strategy to relentless execution, you will drive thought, manage budgets, and deliver results for a brand that earns its position, one rep at a time.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field of study preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management
  • 3+ years of experience in performance/functional beverage category experience or Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Social Media, Click Up, Nielsen
  • Passion or background in fitness/strength training/performance sports strongly preferred
  • Strong digital fluency with deep understanding of emerging marketing trends, social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and cultural movements shaping consumer behavior.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range
$86,250—$115,000 USD
