What you'll do

  • Assist members and hoteliers with issues that arise with their purchases through Supply and endorsed direct suppliers. These issues often require negotiation and coordination to develop a mutually acceptable solution between both parties.
  • Assist members, hoteliers and other team members with standards or guidelines regarding the products we offer.
  • Resolves purchasing issues from beginning to end by tracking shipments, processing product returns and following-up on freight billing and claims.
  • Ensures effective customer service by interfacing with both internal and external contacts to include members, suppliers, freight carriers, accounting, sales and/or purchasing staff.
  • Responds to inquiries on products or orders.
  • May handle payment issues and member credits.
  • Provides administrative support by generating, editing, initiating or responding to correspondence as needed.
  • Establishes and maintains files, libraries and/or record keeping systems.
  • May provide activity reports as requested.
  • May follow-up on import regulations and documentation to help ensure compliance.

Job Purpose

Work Location and Schedule

  • This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Headquarters location, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance.  The office address is 6201 N 24th Parkway, Phoenix, Arizona 85016
