SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred
- Five-Star hotel experience required
- Breakfast Chef experience is mandatory
- London experience would be advantageous,
- Experience of having lead a reasonably sized team is desirable.
