What You’ll Do:
- Perform bridge design calculations and structural analysis
- Support the development of plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Contribute to technical reports and project documentation
- Participate in design discussions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Work with senior engineers and project managers on transportation projects
- Support project delivery for ODOT, local agencies, and national clients
- Engage in a variety of projects that will broaden your technical skillset
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of bridge or transportation engineering experience
- Ohio PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and technical writing skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Comfortable working both in the office and occasionally in the field
Salary Range:
The starting salary for this position is $90,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
