A Day in the Life of the

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes

• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians

• Complete pre-calls to customers

• Conduct post-installation surveys

• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders

• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: 0 years

• Microsoft Office

• G-Suite

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Base Salary: The base range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
