Broadband Dispatcher II

A Day in the Life of the Broadband Dispatcher II:

• Competency-based list of primary responsibilities the position is responsible for performing

• Monitor and assist with management of customer technician routes

• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians

• Complete pre-calls to customers

• Conduct post-installation surveys

• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders

• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years’ experience in dispatch or call center environment

• Microsoft Office

• G-Suite

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Base Salary: The base pay range in Massachusetts for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations.
