About the role

As a Tax Specialist_fixed-term you'll have the opportunity to get an overall focus from finance. Ypu will learn everything from the legal and tax aspect of the company and will be able to read and analyze the most important data of the company from the Statutory files. You will learn how to keep in touch with the authorities and keep the balance of serving them and the company too. You will be a member of an experienced and dynamic financial team and given extensive and diverse responsabilities and an overall view of the company.

 

The role is limited for maximum 2 years.

Your responsibilities

Support and work together with the Tax Manager, senior tax accountant

Guiding the work of the Tax Manager with filling monthly, quarterly and yearly tax returns and archive the documentation

Making reports, analystics and archive them

Booking of monthly wages and taxes

Keeping closing instructions

Checking the payroll and tax ledgers making reconcilliations

Keeping contact to the payroll company and HR

Ongoing contact, support and guidance to the Authorities KSH, NAV, Ministries, etc

Assist, support and substitute the tax manager in the case of an tax audit

Checking the tax accounts led by the authority

Assisting in custom clearances

Keeping contact to the Custom agencies

Making reports to the Central Statistics Authority (KSH), Intrastat reporting, foreign trade statistics of all the Hungarian VAT entities

Keeping records of Environmental fee making and supplying the needed documentation, assisting with the contracts of taking over the fee

Filling and assisting to gather certificates of residencies, data changing, and Apostilles from the authorities and from the partners

The experience we're looking for

Strong English languageknowldge and communication skills

Solid user level proficiency in Office software's

Educated to minimum bachelors degree level in a business related subject - from a recognized University

Strong analytical skills, high level of precision, keeping the deadlines

Overall experience of accounting

Outstanding problem solving techinques to evaluate and resolve operational issues

Strong commercial awareness and drive, resilient and able to respond under pressure
