These full-time positions are designed for educators who enjoy building strong relationships, encouraging exploration, and helping preschool students develop foundational skills. This role focuses on creating engaging activities, supporting early development, and providing a classroom environment where every child feels welcomed, valued, and ready to learn. The Opportunity You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support student growth across academic and social-emotional areas, and collaborate with school staff and families to create a successful early learning experience. Requirements Must hold an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an Early Childhood endorsement. A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, and an LBS1 endorsement is a plus but not required.
