- Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to remain current on changes in manufactured housing standards and inspection procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Under supervision, the Building Inspector – Plant is responsible for conducting inspections of manufactured housing production facilities to ensure compliance with federal and state building codes, construction standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Conduct regular inspections at manufacturing plants to verify compliance with HUD standards and state regulations, construction, and safety.
