  • Maintain indoor air quality standards by managing ventilation systems and ensuring the timely servicing and replacement of filters.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment, identify maintenance requirements, and report findings to management.
  • Maintain mechanical and electrical rooms in a clean, safe, and operational condition at all times.
  • Respond to tenant service requests and emergency situations in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair work while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies, environmental regulations, and company procedures in daily operations.

About the Role

You are a team-oriented professional who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service to clients and tenants. You are organized, proactive, and experienced in managing daily building operations, including water treatment testing and the oversight of HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, pneumatic systems, and DDC systems.

You respond promptly to tenant requests and take pride in providing excellent service. Given the unique nature of our properties, you may be called upon to lead or participate in specialized initiatives and projects. This role may also require emergency response training and support across multiple locations.

You build positive working relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members, willingly share your expertise, and collaborate effectively to ensure operational excellence.

You work independently with minimal supervision and bring your technical expertise to a hardworking and customer-focused team.

Locations: Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary

Approximate Salary Range: $67,629 - $70,844

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary range for new hires across all Canadian locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, training, and certifications.
