- Play one of the more important roles in solving vital challenges

- Act as connection between our clients & development teams for everything connected to solution offering
- Understand the wishes of customers and fit them to Open's current product portfolio
- Translate functional requirements into technical ones
- Advise customers on their processes to better their whole experience
- Analyze the desires and needs of our clients
What they're looking for
- You have 4+ years of experience in the UK mortgage market, working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role where you translated customer requirements into technical requirements
- You have been part of software development processes and are comfortable working closely with technical teams
- You are a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between customers and technical teams
Nice to have
- You have experience with stakeholder management and/or implementations (a strong advantage)
