Business Analyst

You’ll support teams across the business in adopting data-led solutions—whether that’s improving reporting, making smarter decisions, or advancing predictive analytics.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, data champions, and our agile Data Team to understand business needs, shape smart solutions, and develop accessible, self-service platforms that empower users across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

Collaborating with stakeholders to define their reporting and analytics needs.
Gathering and refining both functional and non-functional requirements.
Shaping user stories and supporting agile backlog prioritisation.
Identifying risks, dependencies and developing solutions alongside the Data Manager.
Championing best practices in data usage and insight across the organisation.
Supporting testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Sharing knowledge and insight with the wider Systems, Applications, and Data team.

What we need from you:

Strong analytical skills and experience in business analysis, with a focus on data.
A confident communicator with a passion for bringing data to life for non-technical audiences.
Experience working in an Agile environment and contributing to backlog management.
Able to influence, collaborate, and drive a data-first mindset across a business.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience.
