Business Analyst – Banking BPR (Loan / Remittance & Trade / KYC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process discovery and document current-state (As-Is) business processes.
• Analyze operational pain points, bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, process flows, business rules, and related project documentation.
• Collaborate with business and solution teams to clarify requirements and resolve gaps.
• Review solution designs to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Maintain requirement traceability and assess change request impacts.
• Support UAT planning, test case reviews, test execution, and defect resolution.
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and process documentation.
• Support user training, business readiness, and solution adoption activities.
• Track process improvements and benefits realization following implementation.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Consultant, Business Transformation Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping capabilities.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and business requirement discussions.
• Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and business process documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of banking products and processes, including Loans, Trade Finance, Remittance, and KYC.
• Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), process optimization, or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently.
• Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, or OCR solutions will be an added advantage.
