What's this Role about?
The position is primarily responsible for the analysis of Accident & Health (A&H)’s key business metrics across DM business, including but not limited to direct marketing campaign performance and campaign list generation on internal and external (partner) data, tracking of campaign KPIs, Customer Segmentation, lapse monitoring and support implementation of analytical solution across DM business.
Job Responsibilities
- End to end sales lead management for all OBTM, C2E and O2o campaigns including eDM, Whatsup and SMS.
- Ongoing and pro-active data optimization and daily TMR lead allocation for all OBTM, C2E and O2O campaigns.
- Design and build financial templates required for business reporting, performing analytical reviews and recommending remedial solution and action plans. Provide support for deployment of predictive models at partner site. Liaise with client’s IT team to get access to relevant data and share with Regional team to assist on model development.
- Performance and monitoring of Campaign KPIs, model monitoring and communication of results with relevant stakeholders.
- Generate leads file for Customer Management (cross-sell) and Partner (external) Campaigns.
- Maintain Lapse tracking and Billing performance Dashboard. Support retention initiatives to control attrition of customers.
- Build certain Direct Marketing/Digital acquisition propensity models with our Partners to increase response rate on all campaigns. They will involve spending time at partner premises, collecting and building data models.
- Formulate analytical solutions to improve Customer Management and retention strategies, working closely with DM team, IT and Operations.
- Liaise with Regional and Global team to implement Best Practices in Analytics in the country.
