- Work alongside the Change team and the User Experience Team to ensure alignment and shared understanding to allow the implementation of changes smoothly, addressing resistance and ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Sharing your knowledge and skills with others to foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
- Managing the development log and having regular review meetings with all resolver groups to monitor and report on progress
- To be involved in the future design of the new rostering system to ensure future optimisation is maximised

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst in London.
Pay rate: PAYE £426.57/UMB £550 per day.
Hours: Full time – Hybrid role
Contract duration: Temporary ongoing
Purpose:
As Process Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the current rostering process. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to enhance operational performance and improve the user experience.
