About you: 
Sentinel is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions. In this role, you will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project leaders to understand problems, document requirements, improve processes, and support successful delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career analyst who enjoys asking questions, organizing complex information, and helping teams make informed decisions.
What you need to have:
Preferred qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, product operations, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong skills in requirements and process documentation (user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria, etc.)
  • Experience guiding and improving business process and efficiency in Salesforce
  • Salary range:  $77,000-$85,000, depending on experience.


At Sentinel, compensation is calibrated to your geographic location to reflect local market conditions; the posted salary range may vary based on where you live.
