- Undertaking Business Analysis, and where appropriate, to re-engineer processes related to the product, to increase overall product adoption.
- Acting as the product owner, where appropriate, in the analysis and design of client and or product implementations.
- Assisting the product manager in delivering features/functionality to help users maximise efficiencies and increase overall product adoption.
- Helping design, implement and manage an Agile process and support a continuous delivery release process.

- Project Participation – assistance with project activities and liaison with other client project teams to manage project inter-dependencies and milestones for common function.
- Release Management – supporting the planning and release of change in line with both the Product and Delivery Roadmaps.
- Financial Services background in the Life & Pensions industry
- Understanding of API’s.
