Position Description

We are seeking a versatile technology delivery professional to join our Wealth Management team, focusing on the securities, brokerage, and investment products domain. Depending on experience and capability, this role may be appointed as a Project Manager or Senior Business Analyst.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the IT department, ensuring successful design, implementation, and adoption of technology solutions. The role is highly hands‑on — regardless of seniority, you will be expected to have strong Java/programming skills and to participate directly in coding and technical solutioning when required. This position offers exposure to strategic projects, regional stakeholders, and complex product environments.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Core responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline(s). Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technology delivery within securities, banking, brokerage, or wealth management sectors. (Candidates with more experience will be considered for PM role.)

  • Development skills in Java and working with one of more Java frameworks

  • Strong understanding of securities trading, brokerage operations, fund, bond, structured products and financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process mapping, and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
