Business Analyst Senior

A major Belgian utility organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives related to market processes, regulatory alignment, and operational transformation. The role focuses on analysing business processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of transformation and optimisation initiatives within the energy domain. Requirements · Analyse and document business processes and project requirements · Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams · Support project leaders in delivering functional expertise · Document working groups, decisions, and project deliverables · Analyse change requests and propose improvements · Create end-to-end process flows and support their implementation · Support migration and transformation initiatives Required Skills & Expertise Must Have · 5+ years experience as Business Analyst · Strong experience in the energy or utilities sector · Business process modelling and optimisation experience · Experience with acceptance testing and change management · Knowledge of market processes related to energy sector · Fluent Dutch (C2 level) Should Have · Stakeholder management experience · Experience working within complex transformation programs Nice to Have · Experience in migration or regulatory transformation projects
