What you'll do
- Help define the future state in respect of process, organisational, operational changes on the Delegated Authority project
- Coverholder and Broker engagement process
- Binder placement process
- Bordereaux processing and reconciliation
- Formalise requirements from stakeholders re expected functionalities and features of a Bordereaux Management system (functionalities, MI, automation, etc)
- Define the strategy and roadmap to integration with the existing Market platform (DA SATS)
- Change to existing processes, data flows, organisation

THE ROLE:
The BA will be expected to help define the future state in respect of process, organisational, operational changes on the Delegated Authority project. Key to the roles success will be Coverholder and Broker engagement process, Binder placement process and Bordereaux processing and reconciliation.
The BA will formalise requirements from stakeholders re expected functionalities and features of a Bordereaux Management system (functionalities, MI, automation, etc), define the strategy and roadmap to integration with the existing Market platform (DA SATS), change to existing processes, data flows, organisation.
THE CANDIDATE:
The candidate must have a strong background in the Lloyds insurance market working as a BA with experience of process analysis and design, operating model analysis, design and documentation & requirements elicitation and documentation. You will have strong experience of the delegated authority business in the Lloyd’s Market, demonstrate experience working in project delivery environments. You will be self-starter with the ability to work as a stand alone BA with minimal direction. Being qualified in Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black belt would be ideal.
