The Role and About the Person you are looking for:

We are looking for a two Business Analyst to join our Impact, Performance and Strategic Change team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of Council services, helping to redesign processes, improve customer journeys and support digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to residents and staff.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead business process reviews and customer journey mapping activities.
  • Support digital transformation, service redesign and continuous improvement projects.
  • Gather and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive change.
  • Develop process maps, requirements and business cases.
  • Support the implementation and testing of new systems and ways of working.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities across different service areas.

You will have:

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Working Pattern: 5 days a week

Contract: Fixed Term until 30 September 2028

Salary: £43,150 - £48,739 per annum (City Pay Band 6), pro rata for part time.

Location: This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
