What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business outcomes and growth, using high-fidelity data to inform sustainable decision-making across our product ecosystem.
- Own the end-to-end analytics function—designing the right team structure, hiring top talent, building capabilities, and setting an uncompromisingly high bar for problem-solving.
- Partner closely with business and product leaders, acting as a translator who turns complex business challenges into clear, solvable analytical problem statements.

- A natural curiosity for how products work under the hood, paired with a strong penchant for business strategy and commercial outcomes.
- Highly analytical with the ability to consistently apply the right frameworks and methodologies to solve ambiguous problems.
- A solid understanding of dashboarding principles with hands-on experience building actionable dashboards (prior experience with QlikSense is a plus).
Nice to have
- Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services.
- Statistical modeling experience using Python or R is also a great-to-have.
