Business Change Manager – Specialty Insurance client (Outside IR35)

Our prestigious London based Specialty Insurance client have an urgent requirement for an interim Business Change Manager to join a major transformation programme to implement an AI enabled broking platform and subsequent new Target Operating Model across the business.

This Change Manager will be responsible for driving the people side of the change including:

• Colleague communications
• Training strategy and delivery
• Business readiness activities
• Stakeholder engagement
• User adoption and change impact management

Up to £650 per day – OUTSIDE IR35

6 month initial contract (with scope for long term extensions – the programme should run for 12-18 months)

Hybrid working – Circa 2-3 days a week onsite in the client’s office in City of London

Experience needed:

• Strong and specialist Business Change Management experience
• Previous experience within the specialty insurance sector (Essential, any candidates without insurance experience will not be considered)
• Extensive experience of delivering a range of change management and readiness activities including comms, training, user adoption, change impact management
• Gravitas and credibility to engage and influence senior stakeholders up to a senior level
• Personable, engaging, and able to bring a variety of stakeholder groups together
