What you'll do

  • Drive Dermalogica’s sales performance in your territory through strategic planning, account support, events, and business development.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners across day spas, luxury spas, salons, medspas, and physician-led aesthetic clinics, understanding the nuances of both retail and clinical environments.
  • Support and elevate Professional Skin Therapists (PSTs) and clinical providers by aligning Dermalogica solutions with treatment protocols, service offerings, and patient/client journeys.

  • Execute in-field training, merchandising, product launches, and marketing activations tailored to retail, treatment room, and post-procedure skincare environments.

Territory boundaries: Southwestern Ontario, encompassing all accounts south and west of Highway 427, extending west to Windsor and east to Niagara Region. The territory also includes all areas west of Highway 6, extending north to Saugeen Shores. Successful candidate must live within the territory.

About the Role

Are you passionate about skincare, business development, and building long-term relationships? Dermalogica is seeking a dynamic Business Consultant to join our established sales team. This field-based role will cover the South Western Ontario including, west of HWY 427, Niagara region to Windsor, working directly with existing and prospective clients across spas, salons, medspas, and medical aesthetic physician offices to drive growth and elevate their business with Dermalogica solutions.
