Business Controller

Job Description

As a Business Controller at & Other Stories, you will take ownership of our Accessories, Shoes & Beauty business, partnering closely with Buying and cross-functional teams to drive growth, profitability and a strong customer offer. 

This is an exciting opportunity to own an entire business area and become a key commercial partner for some of our most dynamic categories. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, spotting opportunities and turning insights into actions that drive business results. 

What you will do: 

• Drive sales and profitability across Accessories, Shoes & Beauty. 
• Translate commercial insights into actions that improve business performance. 
• Support assortment and business planning to create the best customer offer. 
• Identify growth opportunities and challenge the status quo. 
• Contribute to new ways of working and continuous improvement across your categories. 

Who you’ll work with:  

You will be part of the Buying Controlling team and work closely with Buying, Atelier, Merchandising and Sales. You will collaborate with experienced Business Controllers and key stakeholders across the business, helping shape the future of Accessories, Shoes & Beauty. 

Qualifications

• Experience within Business Controlling, Buying Controlling, Merchandising or a similar analytical and commercial role. 
• Experience from the fashion industry is required. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn d ata into actionable insights and business decisions. 
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage. 
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to take ownership, identify opportunities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden
