Job Description

In every studio, our dynamic Business Support teams build, maintain and improve the foundations that allow us to keep collaborating with our clients, partners – and each other. With talented team members integrated across the business, the team keeps Hassell running smoothly through administration, document control, graphics production, facilities and operations, business development, and process management.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Coordinator with at least 5 years’ experience to support the smooth running of our Brisbane studio. As a key point of contact for staff, clients and visitors, you’ll help create a welcoming, organised and connected studio environment.

This is a varied and collaborative role, supporting Principals and leadership, coordinating meetings and events, assisting with projects and business development, and providing broader studio support. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised and approachable, with a positive attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is experienced and thrives in a creative environment and who has a ‘can-do’ attitude to tasks and responsibilities. The following skills and experience would be required:

  • Prior administrative experience

  • Strong word processing competency and sound ability in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint,) and an aptitude for learning new technology
