Job Description

NIQ are looking for a Commercial Executive who will focus on Business Development driving business growth through selling NIQ solutions and services that will help the client to meet their future business and growth objectives within the FMCG industry.

The Commercial Executive plays a pivotal role in NIQ’s SMB (Small & Medium Business) growth strategy. Focused on accelerating organic growth, the Commercial Executive generates revenue by truly understanding the client business strategy, objectives and translating this into NIQ services and solutions that will transform their insight capabilities, inform their business objectives, mitigate risk, and gain competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue and profit targets

What we can offer :

  • 30 000 to 35 000 Euros gross per year plus a target Sales Incentive Plan representing approximately 30% of on-target total cash compensation. SIP is variable, non-guaranteed, and subject to NIQ’s applicable plan terms, role eligibility, performance, and plan achievement.

  • Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.

  • This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
