About this role
Working for Batmaid means changing the cleaning industry and fighting the black market on as many fronts as possible. Today we are the market leader in Switzerland and Luxembourg, but now we are ready to conquer the entire European continent with our business in an ambitious expansion plan. A goal we are sure to achieve in the next 3 years!
For this reason, we are looking for a Business Development Assistant to support the team located in our Berlin office. Don't worry, you will be constantly supported and receive all the instructions you need to fulfill this task!

General:
- Support the City launcher in its daily tasks.
- Help the City launcher build the business from the ground up.
External Recruiting:
- Verify applications from potential new cleaning agents- Interviewing candidates to check that they meet Batmaid's standards
- Recruitment and induction of cleaning agents
- Retention and management of agents during the life cycle within the company.
Customer success:
- Supporting customers in their daily demands and needs
- Proposing solutions adapted to customer needs
- Excellence in our daily operations
- Retention and satisfaction during the customer life cycle within the company.
Requirements
- Learning speed and multitasking.
- Being comfortable with working independently.
- Strong ability to relate to different partners.
- Fluent English and German are a must. Any other language is a plus.
- Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders.
