What you'll do
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant communication channels.
- Understand the learner’s academic background, career goals, professional requirements, and learning objectives to identify suitable programs.
- Provide accurate and effective counselling on UniAthena’s Academic Programs, including program structure, eligibility, duration, fees, and other relevant details.
- Manage assigned leads through the complete admissions cycle, from initial enquiry to successful enrollment.
- Follow up consistently with prospective learners and ensure timely movement of leads through the admissions funnel.
- Identify learner concerns and effectively address objections related to fees, eligibility, program relevance, career outcomes, competition, and other admission-related factors.
- Use strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills to convert qualified prospects into confirmed enrollments.
- Maintain an active and well-managed pipeline of prospective learners and prioritise leads based on their conversion potential.
- Accurately update lead status, interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment details in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual conversion performance and identify areas for improvement in lead handling, follow-up, and closure.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely admission process.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, admissions, education counselling, or a similar target-driven role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse learner profiles.

- Ability to understand learner requirements and provide appropriate program recommendations.

Role Objective
