Role Overview

Our Promar division is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth across European food, agriculture, and sustainability markets.

 

This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, consultancy leadership, and sector expertise in a role that directly influences Promar's growth strategy across Europe. You will lead a small team of consultants, develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of high-value consultancy projects.

 

We're looking for someone who thrives on building networks, spotting opportunities, and turning market insight into commercial success. You'll work with clients across the food and agriculture value chain, helping them navigate challenges and identify opportunities in areas such as sustainability, supply chains, and production economics

 

You will need to be UK based and comfortable managing a Team in Germany with travel to Germany required on an ad-hoc basis

You Will
