Business Development Manager
About this role
As a Business Development Manager at Hwa Sun (Guangdong) Co Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic process development and effective team leadership, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement robust business processes to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
* Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve business development targets and foster a high-performance culture.
* Leverage in-depth industry knowledge to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential partnerships.
* Proactively manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of objectives and maintain strong relationships.
* Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and optimize business development initiatives.
* Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and potential clients.
* Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to business development strategies.
Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in Business Process Development, with a track record of successful implementation.
* Demonstrated ability to Coach Team Members effectively, fostering growth and achieving team goals.
* Strong Industry Knowledge within relevant sectors, with an understanding of market dynamics and competitive forces.
* Excellent skills in Managing Stakeholder Expectations, including communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
