Rehlko is growing its presence in the turf equipment market and is looking for a Business Development Manager – Turf to build and strengthen relationships with OEM dealers, distributors, and landscapers across the country. This is a field-based, remote role focused on driving brand preference and channel growth for Rehlko engines within the turf industry — working closely with dealers, distributors, OEM partners, and internal teams to support product adoption and market share growth. The role requires approximately 50–70% travel, with the person on the road roughly every other week visiting dealers, distributors, and landscapers, and attending trade shows and industry events.

Work Location: Remote

The Salary range for this position is $122,750.00-$156,850.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
